Although every story is unique to the client and his life, there is often a common thread or pattern running through these narratives. A typical scenario goes something like this. The male is sexually attracted to his partner but engages in sex with a lot of anxiety because he is fearful of letting the other person down by not getting an erection. These adverts prey on the insecurities of men who may have no sexual dysfunction at all, especially inexperienced young men. It is no surprise then, that for some men, all these expectations can affect their confidence.
